Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place flour in a shallow plate or bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste. Or use a large baggie and use the shake method, less mess. Put the bread crumbs, garlic powder and salad seasonings in another shallow plate or baggie and beat the eggs in another bowl.
Pat the chicken dry on paper towels before you coat, it will stick better.
Dredge the chicken piece by piece in the flour, then the egg, then the bread crumbs, until all pieces are coated. Let the chicken rest for at least 20 to 30 minutes and right before baking I spay them with a little more Pam.
Spay a 9x13 inch baking dish well with Pam. Add the chicken to the dish, ***do not crowd the chicken and sprinkle with paprika to taste. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, then turn pieces over and bake for another 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and drain on paper towels.
***So as not to crowd the chicken you might have to put half the chicken and bake the rest a second time. It is worth it because the chicken will be crispy!
