Chicken Preparation:
1. Beat egg, baking powder, white pepper, salt, corn flour, all purpose flour, water and garlic.
2. Marinate the chicken in the above mixture for a 10 to 20 minutes
3. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry chicken pieces for 6 to 7 minutes till light golden.
4. Deep fry in oil again till darker in color.
5. Cut fried chicken into slices and pour lemon sauce over it.
Lemon Sauce Preparation:
1. Heat oil in a frying pan and add ginger, garlic and salt. Cook well.
2. Add chicken stock, lemon rind, lemon juice, yellow food color, soy sauce till boil.
3. Add corn flour in sauce mixture and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
