Directions

Preheat oven to 325° and butter and flour a 10” bundt pan. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
In a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream butter and sugar until fluffy and lightened in color. Add eggs one at a time, mixing to combine, then mix in sour cream and vanilla.
Gently fold in dry ingredients. Transfer batter to prepared pan and bake until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean when cake is pierced, about 1 hour 20 minutes. Let cake cool completely in pan before inverting onto a serving platter.
Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
