Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Sift together and set aside:
2 ¼ cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
Beat in:
2 eggs
Add to flour mixture and mix well.
Stir in:
2 cups chocolate chips
1 cup coarsely chopped nuts, optional
Drop onto cookie sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes about 100 cookies.
For variation you may add 1 cup peanut butter.
